I first thought that one item was missing but it was just inside the box of another one (it was a tiny mini-PCI card). I had several e-mail exchanges with the people there through this, and they were always responsive, helpful and friendly. So I recommend them and I would gladly buy again from them. Ah, and by the way the Ubiquiti Nanostation 2 I bought from them works like a charm. By the time I got it, it already had a software upgrade available, which installed flawlessly.
