This one is one from the antennas I use.
I have 4 or 5 of them and finally I have one free to tear apart.
Price was ~ 25 euros before 2 3 years.
They promised me 12 dbi and 120 degrees but diagram is more like 90 100 degrees.
Interesting pattern are found on the pcb board 
– it worked for me so there is no mater how it madded .

what is brand
I have this antenna from my old wisp provider.
there is no brand, no info.
I suppose they buy this from somewhere, but there is no labels on this antenna. I is diy assembled – only pcb board looks like it is ordered some ware because of the green finish of the pcb plate.

the distance from the reflector to the pcb board is 5mm.
reflector is the same size as pcb board, and it is connected with male N pcb connector.
